We provide professional bridal hair styling and makeup artistry, either in-salon or at your chosen wedding venue, as agreed during booking.

5.2 Booking Fee

A non-refundable and non-transferable booking fee is required to secure your wedding date.
This fee covers administrative tasks, date allocation, preparation time, communication, paperwork, and the loss of availability for other clients.
By paying this fee, you agree that these services are considered rendered immediately, making the booking fee non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances.

This fee is separate from the final balance for services carried out on your event date.

5.3 Cancellations

1. Cancellation by You

If you choose to cancel:

  • The booking fee remains non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Any additional payments made may be subject to the cancellation policy that applied at the time of booking.

 

2. Cancellation by Us

In the rare event that we must cancel due to illness or emergency:

  • We will attempt to provide a suitable alternative artist.
  • If no alternative is available, we will refund any payments made, excluding the booking fee.
  • Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for services.

 

5.4 Trials

Trials for hair and/or makeup are recommended for bridal bookings.
Trial costs are separate from the booking fee and must be paid as agreed.
Trial availability is limited and must be booked in advance.

5.5 Final Payment

The remaining balance is due on or before your event date, as specified in your booking confirmation.
Failure to make payment on time may result in cancellation of services.

 

  1. User Accounts
  • If you are provided with a login, ID, or password, you must treat this information as confidential and not disclose it to third parties.
  • We reserve the right to disable any user account if we believe you have breached these Terms.
  • If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately at contact@staceyevans.co.uk.

 

  1. Intellectual Property
  • We own or license all intellectual property rights in the Website and its content. These works are protected by copyright laws worldwide.
  • You may print or download extracts for your personal use only, and you may share content within your organisation for non-commercial purposes.

  • Our status (and that of contributors) as authors must always be acknowledged.
