What Information Do I Collect?

I collect information you provide voluntarily via the Contact Forms on this website which include but not limited to; Name, telephone number, email address and location in relation to your enquiry, Dates in relation to your enquiry. Any further information you provide if you contact Stacey Evans Hair & Makeup Artist directly via email address, text or social media avenues, I may keep a record of all correspondence across all communication avenues for me to complete our services. This includes telephone numbers and billing addresses for invoicing and accounting purposes. Your personal information is kept private and stored securely on a locked devices until a time it is no longer required or has no use i.e. for invoicing and accounting purposes. 

Your information is not used for any marketing purposes or to enrol you into newsletters, your data will only be used to respond to enquiries made to me by you. 

Photographs:

As part of my work with you, I may take photographs for reference or continuity purposes. I may also use photographs of you on my website and social media platforms and / or for marketing materials. I will not, unless I seek your permission first use photographs of your children or minors.

What do I do with the information you collect? 

I use your information to contact you following your enquiry to provide you with further information about the services I offer. I keep internal records and for the issuing of invoices / booking confirmations​​ until a time it is no longer required. 

Will your information be disclosed to any third parties? 

I will never sell your information to any third parties and i will not share your information unless required by law or where you have specifically asked to be put you in contact with another supplier or business, or it has been specified within your booking that you require a 2nd/assisting artist as part of your bridal party.

Can you access the information I have about you? 

If you would like to find out what information is being held about you, please feel free to contact me and a copy of all information held will be provided free of charge (I may ask for proof of identity). 

If you would like your details erased, this will be carried out upon your request.
