Booking and Payment Terms
By proceeding with your booking and payment for services provided by Stacey Evans Hair & Makeup Artist, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions, which outline your obligations and the guidelines governing our agreement.

Deposits

Brides:
- Wedding Date: A deposit of £50 per service (makeup only or hair only), plus an additional £20 per bridal party member, is required to secure your wedding date in my diary.
- Trials: A deposit of £50 is required to secure your preferred trial date in my diary.
- The final balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding day.
- Payment of the remaining balance before the due date is not permitted unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
Occasion & Prom Hair and/or Makeup Services:
- A deposit of £20 per service (makeup only or hair only) is required to confirm your appointment.
- The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment.

Confirmation of Booking
Your booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of your deposit. Once received, I will provide you with confirmation of your booking, and the deposit will be deducted from your final balance.

Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event that you need to reschedule, a new deposit is required to secure your new appointment.
I reserve the right to cancel the agreement if the terms outlined in these Terms and Conditions are not met, at which point any payments made to date will be forfeited.
If I am unable to fulfil your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness), I will make every effort to find a replacement artist whose skills and style align with mine. Should I fail to find a suitable replacement, and if you have already paid the final balance, I will refund the payment minus the deposit and trial fee.
Cancellations of individual services within your wedding booking must be made at least 6 months prior to your wedding date. Cancellations made within 6 months of the wedding will result in no reduction in the overall booking cost.
I am not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as weather, travel disruptions, or acts of nature.

Trials

A bridal trial is mandatory as part of your wedding booking. Additional trials are subject to the standard trial fee.
Prior to your trial appointment, please send photos of yourself and any other individuals receiving services, showing how you typically wear your hair and makeup. You may also include inspirational images to help convey your desired look.

Communication

Upon confirmation of your booking, please use a single method of contact (email or WhatsApp). Always include your wedding date and full name in the subject line of your correspondence.
I aim to respond to all messages within 48 hours, though response times may be longer during busy periods.

Additional Services

Requests to add extra services or individuals to your booking are subject to availability and time constraints. While I will make every effort to accommodate such requests, they are not guaranteed.

Payments & Pricing

The person who makes the booking is responsible for all payments.
Payments are accepted via bank transfer or cash. Payments by cheque or PayPal are not accepted.
Please provide proof of payment, including a screenshot of bank transfers, and notify me of any funds transferred.
For Occasion/Prom Hair and Makeup services, the final balance is due at your appointment and can be paid in cash or via bank transfer.
For wedding bookings, the final balance is due 30 days prior to the wedding day. Failure to make payment by the due date may result in additional late fees.
You, as the primary booking client, are responsible for managing payment arrangements for any members of your bridal party.

Travel, Location, and Additional Fees

Travel costs are calculated at £0.55 per mile.
For travel time exceeding one hour (round trip), an additional £30 per hour will be charged.
If your appointment requires a split venue, a £30 fee will apply.
An assistant artist may be required for larger bridal parties or additional services. The cost of an assisting artist is £50 per artist.
An early start fee of £20 per artist applies for services required before 8 a.m.
Weddings booked between Christmas Eve and New Year’s Day will incur an additional charge of £75 per artist.
Any parking, tolls, or additional expenses incurred will be the responsibility of the booking client.
If an overnight stay is required, the cost of accommodation will be the responsibility of the booking client.

Destination Weddings

For destination weddings, the booking client is responsible for covering the costs of return flights, transfers, accommodation, transportation, and insurance. Confirmation of these arrangements must be provided in advance.

Working Environment and Client Obligations

A lift should be provided if we are working on higher floors.
A designated, quiet area must be made available for setting up, with adequate space and access to water.
The client is responsible for ensuring the timely adherence to the schedule.
Any unreasonable or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of services without a refund.

Illness, Allergies, and Transparency

It is the client’s responsibility to inform me of any allergies, illnesses, or medical conditions that may affect the application of hair and makeup products.
I maintain high hygiene standards with sterile, disposable tools and individual sets of brushes. However, I cannot be held liable for any allergic reactions or injuries resulting from undisclosed medical conditions.

Photography, Videography, and Social Media

Before-and-after photos of your hair and makeup may be shared on my social media and website for marketing purposes. If you do not wish for your images to be used, please inform me at the time of your initial consultation.
Any photos or videos taken during your appointment may be shared on social media with or without credit.

Data Protection

Your personal data will never be sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
By proceeding with your booking, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in this agreement.
